Ricerca

La mia ricerca integra idrologia, geomorfologia, telerilevamento e modellistica data-driven per far progredire la valutazione della pericolosità alluvionale e il monitoraggio ambientale. L’obiettivo è sviluppare strumenti scalabili, fisicamente basati ed efficienti dal punto di vista computazionale per comprendere i processi idrologici e supportare la gestione del rischio.

La ricerca collega l’idrologia basata sui processi e gli approcci data-driven, consentendo una mappatura affidabile delle inondazioni anche in bacini con scarsità di dati e non strumentati.
