🏆 We are proud to share that Prof. Salvatore Manfreda has been awarded the Tunisia Water Award – Ibn Shabbat Award 2026, presented during the Sustain Tunis 2026 International Conference on Water & Ecosystem Resilience (Tunis, 2–4 June 2026).
The award recognizes his contributions to hydrology, remote sensing, flood risk analysis, and the development of innovative approaches for monitoring water-related processes across scales.
The 2026 edition honoured seven laureates whose work advances the understanding, protection, and sustainable management of water resources in Tunisia, the Mediterranean, and beyond:
